No. We process the ID image and video selfie in real-time to confirm the live selfie matches the ID and extract the fields you've configured, then delete the raw image and video selfie immediately. We keep a compliance record proving the verification happened, and return to you exactly the data fields you configured—nothing more.
What information do I receive after verification?
By default, a pass/fail result. Beyond that, you tell us which fields you need—name, address, date of birth, age-over-threshold, or others—and we return exactly those, extracted directly from the verified document. We never send back document images.
How accurate is ZeroTrust?
ZeroTrust's accuracy comes from the live selfie match, not a guess at document authenticity—we confirm the person on camera matches the photo on the ID they presented. Our AI is trained on millions of verification attempts and continuously improves. If a legitimate user is incorrectly rejected, they can retry immediately (usually due to poor lighting or blurry photos).
Which documents are supported?

Do you offer refunds?
You're billed per completed verification check, whether it passes or fails—whether billed through AWS Marketplace or set up directly with us. A failed check still did its job, catching a fraud attempt or an underage buyer, so there are no refunds for completed verifications. However, your first 50 verifications are free, and you can cancel anytime with no penalties. If you have concerns about service quality, contact us before subscribing.
